We encourage you to draft your own letter to your MLA expressing your disapproval of the government’s policy response to COVID-19 over the past two years. Alternatively, you can draft a cover letter, and then send one of our articles to your MLA. Below is an example of a cover letter you could prepare if you choose to use our articles.

I am writing you because of my concerns regarding ___________ in the province of Manitoba. I support an organization called Dignity of Risk Alliance, that is advocating for access to COVID treatment options and is actively challenging aspects of the vaccine rollout.
Please see the attached article posted by Dignity of Risk Alliance regarding _____________. I am in your riding, and I would appreciate it if you could follow up with the Minister to expedite a comprehensive response to the issues raised in this letter. I would welcome your timely response to this email address.

1) Find your MLA and his/her email here: https://www.gov.mb.ca/legislature/members/mla_list_alphabetical.html. Click on the name to obtain their contact information. You can email them, but it might be worth it to physically mail your letter. For physical mail, we recommend sending the letter with Notice of Delivery (cost is about $10) in this way you will receive email confirmation of delivery, in the event that they are not signing to receive registered mail.
2) If you would like to include a Dignity of Risk Alliance article you could send (1) the link to an article of ours in Substack, or (2) cut and paste the contents of our article into your letter, or (3) send them a pdf of our article as an attachment.
3) If you receive a personal response from your MLA, we would greatly appreciate it if you could forward us a copy of that as well to DignityofRisk@protonmail.com. We very are interested in how the government of MB treats its citizens. With your permission we will post your letter and the response on our Substack anonymously, if you prefer.
